Tickets will go on sale sometime near the end of February or the beginning of March.

This gala will be one of the most incredible taste experiences you will participate in. Throughout the evening you will engage in the Tastes of Alberta as Chef Blair Lebsack and Chef Paul Shufelt lead eight teams of Edmonton’s best local food chefs through the production of eight carefully thought out local and regional courses. The food and produce will come from our Alberta farms; this meal will be completely sourced locally. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a local wine, beer or spirit by Slow Food’s own esteemed sommelier, Mary Bailey.

The evening will begin at 6:30 with a welcoming cocktail, some lively entertainment and an opportunity for you to come together to celebrate the Spring: new roots, new shoots, and your beautiful garden boots! Dress up and wear your favourite pair of garden boots, or don’t dress up and wear your garden boots. This is a gala, but there is no tux required!

Tickets are $145 for the full Alberta Taste experience; if you opt out of the pairing package, the tickets are $95 dollars.
On the home page of this website, we are collecting names for those of you that are interested in purchasing tickets. Submit your name, and you will be contacted by Valerie Lugonja to determine how many tickets you want to reserve. Then, you will be put on an EARLY BIRD list to be informed of ticket sales 24 hours in advance of them going on sale to the public.

If you purchase your tickets within that 24 hour window, you will be assured a ticket.

As this is a fundraising gala, we would ask that you pass this information on to all you know who may be interested!
